Foxmobile

General functioning:
FOXMOBILE from an idea of Ing. Massimo Villari, offers a complete system embedded and totally autonomous to recognize, to authenticate and to register the admission through a opening.
 
The system includes:
-- A MODEM "GSM", which connected with the national network of mobile telephony, listen to user ´s "call" which want use service communicating to the fox card the necessary information for the authentication.
-- A FOX-BOARD with a linux operative system to manage the authentication and to confront the received date and the date inserted in a special database. Besides FOX is also a web–server to the gestion of inserted dates.
-- A LAN-WEB-CAM to conserve a photographic document of the user who enters and to allow the control of possibles impropers uses by himself.
-- An USB MEMORY which contains a database "sqlite" where are conserved all user´s informationes that are useful for the authentication.
-- A RELE´ to convert the electronic impulse for the opening of the passage , which is provided by the fox , in a meccanic variation.

System structure:
The whole system embedded is as a combination of 3 modules:
 
-- Sensor module
-- Server module
-- Management module
 
Every module manages a different abstraction of the components and of the used resources.
The sensor module includes the "GSM" MODEM and acquires the user´ s request who use the service.
The server module that confront the dates received by the sensor module and the dates contained in the database, and manages the authentication .
The management module that through a interface web, offers to the administrators all necessary instruments to visualize, edit and insert the dates contained in the database.

Web interface:
Through the management module the administrator can interact with the database: he can insert new users, modificate those who already exist or obtain a report both about all accepted admittance´s requests and refused requests .
